Culture eats strategy for breakfast. But how do you define culture? We think a good example is a discussion we had on Slack about 'vibe.' Is it something we have to take seriously or did Tim make it up? David ended the debate with the legendary words: "Vibe is nice and all, but vibing is what matters."

Vibing is a verb, something you do, and we like to vibe. At the office, after work, with our colleagues of Greenhouse or within We Are Blossom. Online and offline. Sometimes we invite our parents and partners to vibe with us. Other times we'll be vibing together for an entire weekend.
